What is the best method to transfer designs on to t-shirts?

I am half way there to creating a small internet business selling t-shirts with my own original designs.
What is the best way to transfer these designs to t-shirts

T-shirt colour:
white

Budget:
Under £100

PS I have heard of places where you can send away your design and they send them back on heat press paper :)

if you could tell me about this i would appreaciate it
Under £15 per shirt to make :)

      You could try using iron on transfers that you print out on your computer. If it works well, buy them in bulk. However i suggest screen printing done by another company for higher quality prints that last longer.

      I have used the site linked on this web page to submit my designs 1) Because I wanted to own a t shirt with my designs on 2) If they think your design is good they will ask you if they can stock it on their website and if they make any sales you will be paid a commission. It is very easy to earn your money back on your first purchase.
